Sightseeing:

The sightseeing costs i.e. vehicle charges are provided within a KM wise table for accurate pricing.

The table will mention the pricing that we provide for our sightseeing tours which should be either equal or lower to the standard cab costs to destinations in Andaman, defined properly by the Andaman and Nicobar Administration.

There are no additional costs added to it, so you can claim your LTC without any hassle.

Ferry:

To claim LTC, you need to have all transfers to the inter-islands with a Govt. Ferry.

The information about the ticket price timing and the distance will be included in our bill along with the official ferry ticket so you can submit it to your office.

Flight Tickets:

For flight tickets, the information about the itinerary along with the boarding pass needs to be submitted to the government for an easy claim. The provided ticket will be directly from the airline with accurate PNR number.

The maximum amount that can be refunded for flight tickets will be Rs. 25166/- for a one way trip.

‍How to claim?

LTC for Port Blair and other islands in Andaman can be claimed by submitting the filled LTC form along with proof of travel to your HR or accounts department.

The claim needs to be a valid travel to the destination that you have mentioned in your flight tickets.

The proof of travel consists your traveling journey and other information which can be provided by the tour operator you have selected. Only verified operator registered with the Government can provide a valid one.

Does it cover my family?

Yes, all your family members can be covered in LTC, which includes:

• Spouse
• Children (up to a maximum of 2)

The only condition is that they need to be dependent on you. Moreover, other members of the family such as parents, brothers, and sisters can be added to the claim, only if they are dependent on you.

How agents in Andaman provide full refund under LTC 80?

As discussed earlier, some agents provide complete coverage of the trip under LTC, which is either a fraud or a false claim.
